Thank you for your consideration and action to help Peter and Michael achieve their $40,000 fundraising goal in 2026 to curate five (5) world-class music education and concert programs in five (5) critical areas of the Middle East and Latin/Central America locations struggling with hardship, delivering fifty (50) contact working days to hundreds of appreciative students and audiences otherwise unavailable to them.

This streamlined supporter and artist collaboration provides the most efficient value, team and special opportunity to:

Why Gift?

  • SPERO identifies and partners with select cities and institutional music programs in the Middle East and Latin/Central America;

  • SPERO selects program, dates and recruits participants (students and audiences);

  • SPERO maintains documentation and records of all contacts and production;

  • SPERO selects, writes and assigns customized music curriculum per program residency;

  • SPERO presents music by JS Bach, B Bartok, WA Mozart, FJ Haydn and Middle East and Latin/Central America composers;

  • SPERO teaches and performs a violin method and curriculum and ensemble via masterclasses, rehearsals and concerts;

How does the Project Develop?

When Will the Projects Occur?

  • SPERO will occur in the Middle East within the three (3) months of February, July and October;

  • SPERO will occur in Latin and Central America within the two (2) months of May and November;

  • A typicel SPERO 10-day project length comprises:

Days 1-5 Schedule:

  • AM (08:00am-08:45am) (Meetings and Lessons)

  • Per 1 (09:00am-10:15am) (Coaching)

  • Per 2 (10:30am-11:45am) (Coaching)

  • REST (11:45am-01:00pm) (Meal)

  • Per 3 (01:00pm-02:15pm) (Coaching)

  • Per 4 (02:30pm-03:45pm) (Coaching)

  • REST (03:45pm-06:00pm) (Meal)

  • PM (06:00-08:00pm) (Rehearsal and/or Director's Concert)

Days 6-10 Schedule:

  • AM (Travel to beneficiary concert communities; Lessons and Rehearsals)

  • PM (Concerts)

What are the Project Expenses and Outcomes?

Anticipated $40,000 USD Expenses:

  • $24,000 for artist fees (Co-Directors teach and perform five (5) project programs)

  • $12,000 for air and ground travel

  • $2,000 for accommodations

  • $1,000 for meals

  • $600 for government taxes (entry/exit visas)

  • $400 for communications (internet/phone)

Year 2026 Anticipated Program Outcomes:

  • 1,000 concert attendees receiving live music

  • 600 teaching hours by two (2) Co-Directors

  • 500 students receiving coaching, lessons and concert opportunities

  • 500 violin student contact with SONATAS, PARTITAS and SUITES: the SONGS and DANCES method

  • 50 working days for two (2) Co-Directors

  • 20 student and Director concerts

  • 10 working days in each of five (5) communities

  • 5 communities and primary institutional partners
